At DmaxStore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
