Exergy 60% Over Injector Set, 2007.5-2010 LMM

Fits: 2007.5 thru 2010 Chevy Silverado/GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD LMM Duramax Diesel 

The 60% over-injectors are available new or remanufactured and then honed and balanced to the desirable flow rate. These 60% over injectors work great in trucks with turbo and tuning upgrades. At this level of Injection, it is required to upgrade to a higher flowing fuel pump or a dual CP3 setup, both with a lift pump.

Once the nozzles are opened up to the desired flow percentage, then the injector is reassembled and the set is balanced to within +/- 5%.

HP Rating Based On Nozzle Size

30% Nozzles: 50-60 hp
45% Nozzles: 80-100 hp
60% Nozzles: 120 hp
100% Nozzles: 200 hp
