Exergy 45% Over Injector Set, 2006-2007 LBZ

Fits: 2006 thru 2007 Chevy Silverado/GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD LBZ Duramax Diesel 

The 45% over Injectors are available new or remanufactured and then honed and balanced to the desirable flow rate. These 45% over Injectors are great on trucks with an upgraded turbo and tuning, however, at this level of injection we recommend upgrading to a higher flowing injection pump or a dual CP3 set up, both with a lift pump. Typically, you will see an increase in fuel economy with these Exergy Injectors and supporting modifications

Once the nozzles are opened up to the desired flow percentage, then the injector is reassembled and the set is balanced to within +/- 4%.

30% Nozzles: 50-60 hp
45% Nozzles: 80-100 hp
60% Nozzles: 120 hp
100% Nozzles: 200 hp
