Exergy 100% Over Injector Set, 2007.5-2010 LMM

Fits: 2007.5 thru 2010 Chevy Silverado/GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD LMM Duramax Diesel 

The 100% over-injectors are available new or remanufactured and then are honed and balanced to the desirable flow rate. These 100% over-injectors should be installed in trucks with turbo upgrades and tuning. At this level of injection, upgrading to dual CP3 pumps with modified pumps as well as a lift pump is required. 

Once the nozzles are opened up to the desired flow percentage, then the injector is reassembled and the set is balanced to within +/- 5%.

HP Rating Based On Nozzle Size

30% Nozzles: 50-60 hp
45% Nozzles: 80-100 hp
60% Nozzles: 120 hp
100% Nozzles: 200 hp
