DMAX XD Remanufactured Transfer Case, 2001-2007 LB7/LLY/LBZ

Fits: 2001 thru 2007 Chevy Silverado/GMC Sierra Classic Body 2500HD/3500HD LB7/LLY/LBZ Duramax Diesel

*Core must be returned in specialty case with bolts and foam otherwise you will not receive a refund*

During the re-manufacturing process, the cases are completely disassembled and all friction and wear surfaces are replaced as well as all seals. Every internal part undergoes a detailed cleaning and inspection process. Any parts not found within OEM tolerances are discarded and replaced with new replacement parts. The rear half is replaced with our XD series aluminum upgrade to prevent pump rub through.
