Made from aluminum not magnesium, the Dmax XD rear housing is much more rigid and stronger than the OEM unit. There is no need for a pump rub kit with this improved housing.Â

- You must swap over snap ring for rear bearing and drain/fill plugs
- Transfer case rear output shaft bearing will have a very tight fitment to keep from vibrating, we recommend lightly tapping the end of the new housing to get the bearing seated while attached to the shaft
- Specialty lock ring pliers required to disassemble rear transfer case housing
